Initial Consultation
This is where we dive deep into the weeds to understand your needs and answer all of your questions about the home buying process.

Buyer-Agency Agreement
This is the document that we sign that specifies that we work together and that Hindin Homes advocates for you as their client. We will discuss the terms of the contract in detail following your initial consultation.

Pre-Approval
This is a pivotal step in the buyer process in which you will work with a lender to ascertain your buying power. Knowing what you can afford empowers you to make on-demand decisions in this ever-changing market.

The Search
Based on your needs, we curate a daily email list of properties that fit your criteria. Then we will set up appointments for showings for the properties you would like to see.

The Offer
We prepare a Comparative Market Analysis (CMA) on the property to advise you of the best offer based on your budget and the market conditions. We then prepare an offer based on the list price, the CMA, your budget, and any of your other needs.

Contract Accepted
Congrats! You’re almost there. Now, this is where we do all of our due diligence to make sure this deal will work for you. This includes ordering the appraisal, conducting inspections if applicable, and reviewing the terms with the lender.

Closing
Time to celebrate! The property is now yours for the taking, and you have the keys to your new home. Congrats!
